I was brought in to update the infrastructure of the company and create a new division in sales. The boss was easy to work with. I felt like part of a team and valued. The owners listened, wanted to collaborate, and were constructive in their communication.

Cons

The company was absorbed into a larger company and the new company was not keen on friendly mergers. I wish them the best, though.

Managers & Directors (Canada) are awful. For that reason alone, I would never recommend MCI to anyone to either work or clients to work with. Old school mentality - the directors need training. MCI preaches innovation to clients but internally there is absolutely no structure or innovation. needs to start from within,
