Work from home, You have some control over you schedule depending on what contract you're working on, some good supervisors.
Cons
Sometimes they don't pay you, very unorganized, information and protocol always changing, most supervisors are absolute garbage, the contract you're working on can end at any time, leaving you without a job for sometimes a month+. No real job security.
