My direct manager was human My teammates were dedicated professionals and wanted to do a great job Most of the employees on the call center floor were approachable fun to work around.

Cons

Upper management -> owners worry only about $$$ and positive out comes and are cut throat so don't screw up. Willing to bend the rules if it works in their favor.

Co Workers were great, fun, and made the day better

Cons

They lie to you from the moment you apply to the time you quit. See the Job Postings on here, they are not real. Pay is HORRIBLE. PS they will lie to you about the pay as well. They will Lie to you about what program you are going to work on. I was Told I was GE, then GE with a little Charter, then GE with a little TPV, I am was all TPV most of the time. They mess with your COMP and make you look stupid
