potential to earn a lot of extra money in commision fun, exciting, and fast paced work enviroment full time benefits oppertunity for advancement

Cons

no 401 K can be a stressful work enviroment if you're not used to call centers

Pros

I have been working with the company for 5 years Jan 2016 and I love it! We have great people and a great atmosphere. There are so many opportunities for growth. I love this JOB!!!

Cons

Maybe start out pay isn't comparable to other companies in our market. I have heard that from many agents starting out.
