      Pros

      Some administrative staff attentive and encouraged staff to move through complex processes, others not so much. Generally speaking MCSG staff works with their employees though it may require some prodding.

      Cons

      On certain contracts benefits are lacking. As in the contract world, some businesses are better about keeping employees in the loop about where the contract is with respect to the company. It was unfortunate how employees felt left in the dark during the process and then were told they were to accept the offer provided and no counter-offers would be entertained. It was only when people departed that HR appeared surprised and stated they wanted an opportunity to counter but many employees had already taken opportunities.

      MCSG strives to have an open and transparent culture. We received feedback from our employees requesting improved communication. As a result, MCSG made a few changes. We invite feedback from our employees periodically through employee surveys, we publish a monthly newsletter, and we host recurring employee meetings. In addition, we consistently communicate with prime contract representatives and government officials. As soon as we receive any information that may impact a contract – we share the information with our employees.

      great health benefit and fast responses from MCSG HR.

      Cons

      You'll feel like you will be working by yourself all along during shift. very exhausting. a hiring manager has an very immature judgement of interviewees and hires wrong people.. very unprofessional environment. you run into too many problems with supervisors,
