      Pros

      Wonderful co-workers and people genuinely care about you. Management actually listens to you and there is no micromanaging. If you can get from Point A to Point C without someone telling you specifically how to get there - this is a good environment for you. They offer a great 401(k) that's immediately vested and offer other perks that most small government contractors don't offer like Bereavement Leave, Maternity/Paternity leave, and a paid day off each year for volunteer time.

      Cons

      Insurance is kind of expensive, but it's a LOT better than most small government contractors.

      Pros

      The starting pay was nice. They seemed like genuine well put together people, at least Julie Leuck did.

      Cons

      They do not acknowledge you after you are hired. They make you feel like they have you in their best interest, but treat you badly if there is something bad that happens with you while you are working.
