      Good company to work for and get started. I am provided flexibility in my job and am not overwhelmed.

      Cons

      Small team of 3 which doesn't allow a lot of mentorship.

      Pros

      Employees, manager(s) and govt clients are pleasant and enjoyable quirky.

      Cons

      Management is not good, cheapos who try to push employees into buying unnecessary clothes the client does not care about - then tells them 'you have to int's in your contracts' (IT ISNT) - then PM digs and threatens to fire non-compliant. Avoid this place! Ppl are actively looking to leave, and the more marketable ones have left already.
