      Pros

      I have been working at Glassdoor full-time Enjoying and challenging work. Solid mission. Very fast paced. Good benefits and perks. Fun coworkers. who are all very passionate about the work being done.

      Cons

      I hope they can turn it around as I truly believe in their mission and extraordinary executive leadership.

      you do nothing all day and do not learn new skills. you snooze but you don't loose.

      Cons

      higher level positions do not have a background in IT and care about finishing projects on time rather than emphasizing quality

      Pros

      In my opinion although many do not agree, the salary and benefits, the prestige of the institution, the pride in trying to help this very unfortunate population...

      Cons

      Loads of documentation...excessive, unnecessary, huge waste of time...system issues...wait times from pharmacy, respiratory, IV team, transportation, admissions, etc etc...too many systems waiting on each other all the time and ultimately the patient gets upset/affected (unsurprisingly)...trying to make any change even small and you will encounter huge amounts of red tape...you will need to get the approval of 15 different divisions...
