      The people doing the day to day work are good and hard-working people who are genuine about wanting to improve healthcare.

      Cons

      Top leaders lack experience and integrity. It is a fear-based culture due to knee jerk decision making. We really need sound and strategic direction.

      Dynamic leadership team with a great Board of Directors who are committed to the long term growth of the company. Ability to make real contributions that will ensure growth and long term success.... This is not a company for people who don't like a fast paced, innovative, winning mentality - which is why it is so refreshing !!

      Work life balance can be a challenge, but to be expected in a company at the stage we are at. Time management is critical to being effective in this, or any, startup environment.
