Upper management, especially the top cowboy, are totally clueless on how to run a company. They treat their employees like garbage and run the company through the use of fear. Employees, even professional salaried employees, constantly wonder if they're the next person to have their position eliminated because the top cowboy doesn't like you. When something goes wrong here or a simple mistake is made the automatic response is to write the person up, belittle them, then try to fire them, rather than actually trying to determine the root cause of the issue and solving the problem. Several of the old-timer supervisors actually work to sabotage the performance of the facility just in an attempt make less senior supervisors fail at their job. Senior management knows this yet does nothing.

Management is not up to doing the job right. They lack experience and common sense. Workers are treated like sub-class people. A Lot of politics and favoritism. No sense of team building, its take care of yourself and screw everyone else. A lot of turnover for all junior positions.
