Pros

At the time I left the company, there were no pros. Contracts were being lost at an alarming rate and staff were treated as little more than animals to to be used and abused to fuel corporate greed.

Cons

Too many to list here. Employees are treated poorly. Company appears unstable at this time. Benefits are not as good as they were. Workload is tremendously high. Run away as fast as you can.

Pros

Opportunities to make friendships with co-workers and hospital staff. Off on holidays and manager would treat staff to lunch and breakfast on occassion.

Cons

This company is very disorganized. The integrity of the company left with the original owners. The new owners appear very greedy and really only care about the money which has resulted in a poorly managed company with a very high turnover rate. The leadership is laughable and they promote people who really don't know what they are doing because they can be easily taken advantage of. There is zero work-life balance. You are penalized for using your sick days. This company had a lot of potential, but greed definitely got in the way.
