We had 5 original owners and to grow we went with another company which in turn fired all the owners and now has mismanaged our clients, the employees, and the company. Leadership is going in circles and at this pace, you will never get anywhere. Communication is nonexistent.
The constant restructuring of the company caused a lot of confusion. In just the one year of employment, we had 3 different EVP's. Of course, each had their own approach. This caused me to feel unstable in my position.
