      Friendly staff. Convenient location in the metro area.

      The company is micromanaged by its parent company, LabCorp, who is only focused on doing things as cheaply as possible.

      Pros

      I'm lucky enough to have a great boss and a lot of great co-workers. PLB and pay is not bad. There is a good amount of learning oppurtunities for maintenance and chrom analysis if you work hard.

      Cons

      Most lab techs are hired staight out of college. A good chunk of them don't take the job seriously, which makes it very hard for the employees that do. Upper managment treats all employees like high schoolers. Not a lot of respect even for those that work hard. Not a lot of positions to easily move up to. Medical coverage is crap for what you have to pay.
