      -Easy to get your foot in the door -A great place to get experience - Diverse

      Cons

      - A lot of mandatory overtime - constantly short staffed - SOPs often not updated - difficult to negotiate pay, but you should try!

      You get to meet a lot of people in different fields working a job that they did not go to school for.

      Cons

      Micromanagement, overtime, blame game, no knowledge of tasks, groupies, favoritism, overworking employees, unprofessional, nothing is confidential, nosy managers, not enough rooms for employees so some are literally in closets
