Pros

Great about taking time off, Medtox is a growing company and offers very competitive products, great employees to work with.

Cons

I have seen a lot of good people move on to other companies to get better paying jobs because of limited room for growth.

Location, size of company, product; staff are very good.

Cons

It department is a little controlling. They have too few staff for the amount of work that needs to be dont.

Decent health coverage, great tuition reimbursement, almost always gets time approved off when requested, excellent PTO accumulated for short term illness.

Cons

The major downsize is that the salary may not be as competitive as other companies. Have more one on one with individuals who would like regular updates on self and department improvements.
