Work, get a 2.5% raise each year, get promoted at predetermined intervals. Keep doing the same job day in day out with no end in sight. -Mandatory overtime, you will get called in even if it means stealing work from others scheduled that day. -You will be bullied, belittled, ignored, and have your soul crushed by management.
