      Pros

      High turnover rate makes for easy hiring. Lots of OT.

      Cons

      Old run down machines that break weekly. Low pay, No socializing unless on break. No radios. Assembly line system. Poor management. Mandatory Overtime.

      The coworkers in the lab were great. Decent experience if you had none I guess

      Totally overbearing management lots of work for little to no recognition and poor pay turnover was insane for good reason

      Pros

      I'm lucky enough to have a great boss and a lot of great co-workers. PLB and pay is not bad. There is a good amount of learning oppurtunities for maintenance and chrom analysis if you work hard.

      Cons

      Most lab techs are hired staight out of college. A good chunk of them don't take the job seriously, which makes it very hard for the employees that do. Upper managment treats all employees like high schoolers. Not a lot of respect even for those that work hard. Not a lot of positions to easily move up to. Medical coverage is crap for what you have to pay.
