      Repetitive and Simple

      Pros

      The job is very simple. You only need basic laboratory skills to do this job.

      Cons

      They do not match pay for competitors, they have mandatory overtime every month. You do the same thing pretty much every day. If you feel like you want to grow in a career this may not be the place for you. But if you want to gain more lab experience this is for you.

      Pros

      If you need a job quickly, they’re always hiring due to extremely high turnover. You will meet MANY people during your time there because they are constantly leaving.

      Cons

      -You are just a labcoat doing mindless production work. -You don’t matter, numbers matter. -No opportunity for professional development. No career path. Work, get a 2.5% raise each year, get promoted at predetermined intervals. Keep doing the same job day in day out with no end in sight. -Mandatory overtime, you will get called in even if it means stealing work from others scheduled that day. -You will be bullied, belittled, ignored, and have your soul crushed by management.
