Pros

Decent health coverage, great tuition reimbursement, almost always gets time approved off when requested, excellent PTO accumulated for short term illness.

Cons

The major downsize is that the salary may not be as competitive as other companies. Have more one on one with individuals who would like regular updates on self and department improvements.

Pros

Very flexible work schedules for SALARIED employees. Good (not the best and not the worst) solid benefits package for all full time employees. Provided a reasonable amount of job specific and useful professional education. Happy there wasn't alot of company wide training initiatives that waste time mroe than they help!

Cons

Corporate culture and expectations are defined by the biography of the management team. Read their professional bio's and you have the whole picture.
