Management is fairly incompetent, all of the software uses proprietary languages included with proprietary software packages (salesforce, guidewire) so for the most part your experience here isn't transferring to other jobs.
Pay is pretty bad considering there are a lot of actual full time jobs that don't require a degree that pay better.
If you care about experiencing the software engineering life cycle, mostly you'll be disappointed. Mostly just waterfall development labeled as "Agile".
