As for technology releases, there is always a learning curve. We continue to listen to employee, agent and policyholder feedback to ensure we are meeting our customers’ needs and building confidence in the product(s). As a current employee, I hope you’ll share your specific feedback with your leadership, IT management or during our quarterly all-employee events, so they can be addressed directly.
