      There is a lot of opportunities here at MEMIC. I find this company to be a very warm and welcoming environment. My time here I have met many wonderful people. People here are willing to help and MEMIC wants you to succeed.

      Cons

      Like every workplace there can be some disagreements on how things are done but I believe the most important thing to remember is that everyone is different and that’s what makes MEMIC unique.

MEMIC offers a minimum of 4 weeks Paid Time Off (PTO) to help achieve that balance. MEMIC always tries to promote from within when possible. In 2022, MEMIC promoted 138 people (roughly 27% of our staff) throughout the organization. We encourage you to chat with your supervisor or HR Business Partner about how you can continue to develop your skills for advancement and compensation. MEMIC offers an educational assistance program that provides employees $5250 annually for education and professional development (after 6 months of employment) and a mentorship program to nurture and support your career as you grow.
