      Good company with some toxic managers

      Pros

      I'm happy to work here. Great benefits and 401k plan. overall its a decent and fast pace workplace. I have many nice, smart coworkers. I recommend working at MEMIC.

      Cons

      Some of the managers are toxic and it would be better if they were respectful. also some staff members have unmanageable workloads.

      I've been here for quite awhile and am excited about the progress we're making toward the company goals. Can't wait to see what we look like in a few more years.

      There's always room to get better which isn't a "con", just a reality.
