Our dedicated claims handling approach ensures that policyholders are assigned a claim management team for all their claims. With caseloads far below the industry average, we’re able to give each injured worker more time and attention, providing them with a level of customer service that very few other carriers can provide. The senior management is taking steps to maintain transparency and openness throughout the pandemic. Every day, we strive to improve.
