      I worked for MEMIC for 17 1/2 years most of it in IT Operations. Here are some of the Pros: Advancement Compensation Management to employee collaboration Growth at a steady rate Trust Awesome CEO Great Culture

      Pros

      incredibly helpful and willing to teach you about not just your job function, but the insurance industry as a whole. Allow you to work at your own pace, to fully develop your skills.

      Cons

      Can be tedious work, or "busy work" after you get the groove of things.

      Pros

      Great PTO for salaried employees, flexible work schedules, remote or hybrid options, and everyone is very understanding when “life happens” and the kids have to stay home sick from daycare or school. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone with a family.

      No cons, it really is a great company.
