      Great and getting better

      Pros

      I've been here for a year and I can see things changing. It seems like MEMIC is renewing its energy, getting people more involved and shaking off the crust. Open-door leadership from our new president, Mike Bourque, and a good sense of where we're going, has been really fun to see and I expect we'll see even more.

      Cons

      Nothing comes to mind. I mean, who doesn't like ice cream socials and a chance to make a difference?
