Never hurts to look for something better So u can go up the latter!

Pros

Pay is good It’s local and close to home

Cons

They expect you to work 7 days a week. They would have a better turn over if they would shut the plant down on Sundays . Not many people there on Sundays anyways and that would give employees time to spend with family and attend Church with out having to fight about getting off to go to church or such!
