A great company doing important things

Pros

The people are friendly; the new leadership (after the company split in September, 2022) is open, caring, they listen, they value collaboration, and they seem to have the right priorities.

Cons

Splitting the company in half (half went to Addium) was difficult in many ways. It will probably take another year to really recover from that. It was for the best and will ultimately result in a far better workplace because of the change in leadership.
