Work/life balance, friendly people to work with, interesting products, and room to grow.

Cons

The pay is lower compared to other companies in the area, but it is also a smaller company which provides other positive benefits that bigger corps don't usually offer.

Pros

Community here is great. On-site chef for lunches that you can buy(they're relatively cheap). Cool clubs to be a part of like a workout group. On-site gym. Super friendly and nice.

Cons

Not the biggest company so not the biggest on-site gym, definitely gets the job done though. Pullman is also a smaller town which isn't my favorite.
