Pros

They had a personal chef I guess and the hardware was pretty neat.

Cons

The CEO discussed outsourcing developer work right next to me. The quality of the software was awful as well and didn't have unit tests. All testing was just done by some outsourced "test engineers" which manually tested the application.

Pros

Really positive company culture that speaks often about it's desire to have long term employees with great benefits and perks. Benefits were good, but weaker every year. People seem to genuinely care about each other...but then workers disappear and you aren't supposed to talk about them anymore.

Cons

Unless you are part of the church, you are unlikely to stay. You will be passed over for job opportunities and be the first laid off.

The pay isn't very competitive. Not a lot of opportunity for advancement. Family-owned company which comes with some downsides.
