METER is a great place to work. It has a collegial atmosphere, people are collaborative and genuinely care for each other. As a family owned business, it nonetheless practices open-book accounting; leadership does a great job in open communication and truly cares about employees. METER is agile to respond to market needs and proud of itself in delivering innovative products, which also makes it an exciting place to work. There are lots of opportunities to learn and grow with the company. Another rewarding aspect of working at METER is, because it is not huge, you get to see the impact of your work, either it’s a new and improved product or a delighted customer. And you feel appreciated and valued all the time.

Referring to a comment about METER being a Mormon company, I feel it worth to mention that I’m not a religious person myself, and many of my coworkers either have other beliefs or are non-religious. It's a very inclusive environment here at METER.
