Remote work is now encouraged for developers.

Cons

The CEO wants to hire foreign developers so that he can pay them less (he said that right next to me to the director of software). The company also used to discriminate based on religion and still does to a degree. The leadership are Mormons and the company low-key supports Mormon companies wherever possible.

They really value work life balance and are understanding of circumstances that you might have. They also value a positive company culture and have tried to bring trainers and different people in to continuously improve that.

Cons

I wish we would have interacted more out of work and that the culture was a little more upbeat. It can sometimes be really serious-which can be a good thing, but I worked there for a year and didn't feel like very many people knew me.
