-Bagel Wednesdays -Nice work environment in a convenient spot -Good orientation program -Company is growing and hiring new staff at all levels

Cons

-Team is still relatively small (for now!) -Workloads are stacked as this is a very busy time for the firm

Lots of young smart talent with a desire to grow. They are aggressive about Infrastructure and Government Work in the Northeast US. Office functions well as a Team, with Staff Meetings and Office Gatherings. Disciplines include Civil Engineering, Testing and Inspections, Structural Design, Engineering and Construction Management. Great place to work.
