Pros
This is a young and growing company and it's a very exciting time to be a part of the team. Everyone here is helpful and hardworking. There is a lot of potential to grow into new roles here and everyone's work is recognized and appreciated.
Cons
We wear a lot of hats here-this is really only a con for anyone who wants their day to day tasks to be concrete/the same. It makes for an exciting environment and while it can be tough to juggle at first, everyone is helpful and you'll find yourself in the swing of things quicker than you'd think.
