Pros

I felt appreciated for my talents at MFour and was encouraged by management to be creative. The financial compensation was good and the actual workspace is very cool. I also enjoyed the camaraderie at the office; my co-workers were also my friends.

Cons

Traffic. Commuting back and forth on the 405 is brutal and soul-sucking.

Pros

I felt like people allowed me to analyze research in a way that was different then other companies who didn't really want me to make recommendations to clients. If the research supported it, they allowed me to make bold recommendations.

Cons

Hours were long sometimes and I wish that I could take vacation time with less notice.
