Pros

Opportunity to work in Saas and great product. "Only unhappy people leave reviews" is a hilarious attempt to appear like a good company. Ask them how their reps have performed and they will make it up. Ask for specifics and you'll see this is all a farce.

Cons

Senior managers are harsh to new hires so they can "break you in." Quotas are too high so reps don't make the OTE but the company still hits goal. The CRO is a sales bro that doesn't care about you. Team members were tracking to plan but fired anyway. If you are unemployed, take this job for the paycheck only. If you already have a job NO ONE would recommend you work here.

Pros

These are some of the most passionate colleagues I've ever had...the most successful people are intensely interested in helping the company succeed. It makes for interesting work and a consistently challenging environment. Leadership is always there to listen and provide flexibility and suggestions for improvement both as an individual and for the team/department as a whole. Also, there is always cold brew and really great snacks!

Cons

Some colleagues seem more focused on what the company can give them vs. what they can contribute. Makes for a difficult dynamic with those who want to do really good work.
