Unlimited vacation, nice kitchen with decent snacks, coffee on tap, and beer on tap (when they allow it)

Cons

Extremely cliquey, especially in sales. They motivate by being negative and question everything you do whether you're right or wrong. Very poor leadership across the board and not really any support systems. A lot of fakes, be warned.
