Great staff of talented, dedicated, individuals. The company has a great vision and the leaders all have a great attitude and positive outlook.

Cons

They are a touch short staffed at the moment in some of the burgeoning technology projects. If they can fill these positions there would be nothing stopping them

Pros

Most of the people I worked with were wonderful and fun people to work with. The office is super nice. Lunch and Learns is a plus. There's a keg in the office which is nice sometimes after a long week.

Cons

Poor company leadership. There were constant changes to leadership during my time there. Our leadership turnover was crazy. Every few months a chief-level or manager-level position would leave. A new person would come in promising change and improvement. Then a few months later, that person would leave, and cycle repeats. Teams were forced to work late and put in overtime with no additional benefits. This created a stressful environment.
