Pros

Great atmosphere. Very work hard, play hard. Everyone at the company is extremely passionate about the work that they do and the company's success.

Cons

Longer hours but nothing unreasonable. Just the nature of being on the agency side.

Pros

-The people are genuinely some of the best you can meet; smart and fun, and really easy to develop connections with -Smaller company, relatively easy to be hired (just need to be a college grad without any experience and you're golden) -Trendy office (it seems like the company invests in a "cool office vibe" much more heavily than things like overtime pay, hiring more much-needed staff, etc.)

Cons

-Extreme lack of work life balance. Expect to work weekends, and 10-12 hour days on a weekly basis. You are looked down upon for leaving at 5:30 PM. -Employees are severely, SEVERELY underpaid for what is the industry average. -Lack of privacy. Upper management is constantly digging around in employees' conversation logs, search history, etc. to find incriminating evidence used to fire you. It's hard to feel safe in the office when management finds "employee gossip" to be a fireable offense. -It is incredibly difficult to get vacation time, and if you do, you can expect to work during this time. Same applies to sick time. -Office politics and drama makes it feel like you are back in high school again. -Upper management and the CEO have favorite departments. Expect career growth only if you are lucky enough to be one of their "favorites." -Benefits are unimpressive. Expect only a week of accrued vacation in your first year.

Poor management

Pros

- Relatively nice office - Could get you a start in research before moving on to another company

Cons

- Few perks compared to established companies or other start ups - Poor management/vision of the company; layers of management aren't certain what they are attempting to build - CEO is Trump-like (read his review of himself below) - Operations team works 60+ hrs a week on salaries below the industry average - Management doesn't value feedback from employees - Management is largely homegrown from MFour and lacks experience - Management is unwilling to invest in software/tools that would improve the operations team's efficiency
