- The opportunity to work with incredibly smart people. I have never seen so many passionate people in one place. Everyone also has a lot of fun together. We definitely enjoy each other while doing what we love. - Our product is disrupting an industry. We are taking over and have developed something that has never been done correctly. Being a part of this innovation is exciting. - The executive team is extremely transparent and encourage a voice from everyone in the company. They have an environment where they turn to their own employees for ideas. - Everyone works incredibly hard for the success of the company. It's a "One Team, One Win" environment. The collaboration is so great. - The office is modern. Everyone runs on Apple and the technology in the office is cutting edge. - There are building and office perks, such as; beer on tap, cold brew on tap, stocked snack room, free gym, cornhole, free parking, food trucks, farmers market, a game room & more!

Cons

Some teams require structured processes - which are currently being developed. You will eat a lot of Cheez-its & Famous Amos cookies.
