Pros
The company truly cares for every employee. Employee appreciation is hands down some of the best here. We have game rooms, Gym, V-Ball days and so much more its unreal. Like a concert for our xmas party pretty exciting. Everyone who has Ideas, we have idea walls and are told go ahead write everything on these walls of ideas. Great business practices, great employees, awesome place to work. Should be one of the top places to work in OC.
Cons
Too many hours... Wait probably because we don't want to leave, place is awesome and you usually always just want to be here.
