Pros

There is so much rewarding work and opportunities available. Hard work is definitely recognized and rewarded. Also, I've never been at a place where the management really cares about everyone.

Cons

So many where multiple hats and have too much on their plate. Thought that's probably an indication that we're growing. As work as grown there is less time for just hanging out. Wish we had more of that like we used to.

Pros

Team is very hard working, dedicated and dynamic. Department leaders are very well educated and you can see "by the book" science applied in everyday work and analysis of data. Everybody has a voice in the team and management listens to all concerns. [I think] the best thing about this company is CEO's personality which gives everyone energy and respect for what they do.

Cons

Individual teams should setup daily huddles to discuss what's going on.
