Pros

It's nice to see management who actually does care about you, and your career goals. Great coworkers, friendly, fun and extremely smart. If you are having trouble you can ask anyone for help and they will readily provide it. Besides that, MFour has great perks, like snacks, pinball, fooseball, and a beer tap at the office. Great employee appreciation events like beach days, movie days...etc.

Cons

None that I know of.

Pros

The company truly cares for every employee. Employee appreciation is hands down some of the best here. We have game rooms, Gym, V-Ball days and so much more its unreal. Like a concert for our xmas party pretty exciting. Everyone who has Ideas, we have idea walls and are told go ahead write everything on these walls of ideas. Great business practices, great employees, awesome place to work. Should be one of the top places to work in OC.

Cons

Too many hours... Wait probably because we don't want to leave, place is awesome and you usually always just want to be here.

Pros

There is so much rewarding work and opportunities available. Hard work is definitely recognized and rewarded. Also, I've never been at a place where the management really cares about everyone.

Cons

So many where multiple hats and have too much on their plate. Thought that's probably an indication that we're growing. As work as grown there is less time for just hanging out. Wish we had more of that like we used to.
