Pros

Team is very hard working, dedicated and dynamic. Department leaders are very well educated and you can see "by the book" science applied in everyday work and analysis of data. Everybody has a voice in the team and management listens to all concerns. [I think] the best thing about this company is CEO's personality which gives everyone energy and respect for what they do.

Cons

Individual teams should setup daily huddles to discuss what's going on.

I was laid off few months in when war in Ukraine breake out due to my incompetence, whereas I was not told that I was bad doing my job. I agree that I had some issues, but because tehre is no guidance at all.
