Pros
- lots of lateral movement in the company - work life balance started to get better in 2017
Cons
- not enough transparency with how bonuses are calculated - extremely high turnover - started with 1 per month when I came (unknown) now it is 2.5 per month (from 2017 - 2018) - management wants to hear what it likes to hear - opportunity for skill growth and challenges very minimal - conveyor belt roles - it takes a lot of exits for management to turn heads - with better work life balance comes decline in mentally motivating roles and challenges - was injected $5 million in 2017 and spent it too fast - growth and scaling was all dependent on the thoughts of those with strongest diplomatic voice/authority and therefore such an unfortunate waste. - now looking for $3 million injection for 2018
