Pros

Cool office, beer on tap, friendly co-workers. Interesting product.

Cons

Poor leadership, you can't advance unless someone above you quits, which happens due to low pay. It's a dead end job. After you quit you see a ton of things that other companies are doing x1000 times better

Pros

- Nice building since its owned by Irvine Company - Great variety of snacks and coffee

Cons

- Extremely little growth opportunity unless you are in the "inner circle" - Managers are not experienced and lack leadership and mentorship skills and are unprofessional - Managers fail at enforcing regulations/processes among their employees to uphold the key pillar of quality - Promotions are in increments of pennies - Pay is low and employees are not paid industry value - Company is focused on building the company value and not the value of its employees - Floor plan takes the open concept to a whole new level where you cannot focus on your work because there are zero walls between desks and everyone constantly is gossiping - Company is overall very clicky - Sales is told to sell, sell, sell but 50% of the time, sales aren't feasibly because of outdated technology - Quality assurance system is broken/extremely poor - Programming technology is outdated along with all the other operation systems - Low resources causing employees to have extremely heavy workloads - Expected to work on weekends and late nights constantly, no work-life balance and all the positive reviews below, HR has written them to counter out the mass flux of negative reviews since this place is a terrible place to work.

Pros

The unlimited PTO is nice and the people that work here are honestly great. Company is moving forward with a lot of interesting tech that could make a big difference in the MR industry.

Cons

Your experience at this company will vary A LOT depending on which department you're in and how important the company deems you. Some of the reviews for MFour are very positive, but there also has been a lot of turnover at this company due to people who left for a job that was simply better with more pay or they were fired. This company treats the less important employees as expendable, meaning no training or career development and very low pay. If the company actually values you, then I'm sure the experience here will be good. You only start to see the true colors of upper management if you've worked here longer than a year. I've seen good colleagues and managers get laid off or pressured to leave and look for a new job because of upper management politics. Others just leave due to lack of career development and very low pay.
