Pros

Most of the people I worked with were wonderful and fun people to work with. The office is super nice. Lunch and Learns is a plus. There's a keg in the office which is nice sometimes after a long week.

Cons

Poor company leadership. There were constant changes to leadership during my time there. Our leadership turnover was crazy. Every few months a chief-level or manager-level position would leave. A new person would come in promising change and improvement. Then a few months later, that person would leave, and cycle repeats. Teams were forced to work late and put in overtime with no additional benefits. This created a stressful environment.

Pros

Great CEO, Chris St. Hilair is really good.

Cons

Management team is poorly organized, doesn't know how to give a meeting, lies and treats people like dirt. I mean bold face, in front of everyone... lie. And, I just got my cobra information in the mail... the day after it expired. Not good. Although there are good things there, I found it humiliating in the end.
