Good pay Flexible working Commuting reimbursement and cell phone reimbursement

Cons

No growth in career. Favoritism during promotions. Heavy work load. You are expected to run 4-5 project at one time with minimal support. Leadership doesn’t care about work load, instead just gives referral for therapist. Wouldn’t suggest working at Mgac if you are a minority.

They sometimes accommodate remote working.

Cons

- No synergy across the company as they operate in silos, don't like to share resources and don't have a decent PM processes or system - low team moral due to lack of synergy, support, growth opportunities and turnover - High burnout for PM's as they have to work across 3-5 projects and concerns/request for changes fall on deaf ears. Their view is making PM's billable to increase profits. Growth = more money and not building careers for its people, or even creating an equitable and diverse team - Rather chose to outsource new talent than grow organically/prepare existing employees for leadership roles - Not a place for young talent and ideas as leadership is old/set in their ways. Also very passive aggressive
