Run by idiots so even if you aren’t on the top of your game you will look like you are

Run by idiots. Weird cult following in DC. Everything you see online and that is in client interviews is a lie. They lie and then put the stress on the employee to wing it.

Good pay Flexible working Commuting reimbursement and cell phone reimbursement

Cons

No growth in career. Favoritism during promotions. Heavy work load. You are expected to run 4-5 project at one time with minimal support. Leadership doesn’t care about work load, instead just gives referral for therapist. Wouldn’t suggest working at Mgac if you are a minority.

Good location, right by the Metro Center

Cons

Not a good place to work, looking for a job now. Doesn't operate as an established company, very dysfunctional. No proper HR department, owner or so called managers write positive reviews on the site!!!
