      Pros

      Most interesting projects, really smart people, challenging everyday. Not for everyone given the level of challenge and the pace. But the most stimulating experience you could hope for. Very fast pace, so you are never bored. Very entrepreneurial, so the most successful are self driven, self motivated. Benefits and salaries are like nowhere else in the market.

      Cons

      Hard hard work. Travel, if you are not into it. High demand clients on high demand projects.

      Pros

      Wonderful Culture in the past, fast paced work with incredibly gifted employees. Always felt humbled when working with my peers. Salaries are usually above market rates. Good Bonus and profit sharing plan.

      Cons

      Company is slowly loosing it's culture as it grows faster and faster. be careful to make sure it's known if you want to move on to other projects or advance your career.

      Pros

      MGAC is a good company. The company tries to include contract employees in a lot of the company culture. Provide reasonable salaries and good benefits in this era of LPTA. They truly attempt to make contract employees feel part of the larger company.

      Cons

      Being a contract employee, one serves two masters. It is not easy to make both employers happy, especially when one wants you to stick to the contract and the other wants you to complete the mission.
